1. INTRODUCTION

Neon Lobster LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the UltraClaw AI agent platform and the website at ultraclaw.ai (collectively, the "Service"). This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies when you access or use the Service.

This Cookie Policy is part of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in those documents. By using the Service, you acknowledge the use of cookies as described in this Policy.

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device and remember certain information about your session or preferences. We also use browser local storage, which serves a similar purpose but is not transmitted with every HTTP request.

3. COOKIES WE USE

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Service to function. They enable core features such as authentication and secure access to your AI agent. Because they are strictly necessary, they cannot be disabled without breaking the Service. We do not use any cookies for analytics, advertising, marketing, or behavioral tracking.

Notes on cookie properties:

  • HttpOnly means the cookie cannot be accessed by client-side JavaScript, reducing the risk of cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
  • Secure means the cookie is only transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
  • SameSite controls whether the cookie is sent with cross-origin requests, providing protection against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks.

3.2 Third-Party Cookies

We integrate with a limited number of third-party services that may set their own cookies on your device. We do not control these cookies, and their use is governed by the respective third party's own cookie and privacy policies.

5. MANAGING COOKIES

5.1 Browser Controls

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:

  • View what cookies are stored on your device
  • Delete individual cookies or all cookies
  • Block cookies from specific websites or all websites
  • Set your browser to notify you when a cookie is being set

Common browser cookie management pages:

  • Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies
  • Firefox: about:preferences#privacy
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy
  • Edge: edge://settings/privacy

5.2 Impact of Disabling Cookies

Because the Service uses cookies exclusively for authentication and security (strictly necessary purposes), disabling cookies will prevent you from:

  • Accessing your AI agent through the web interface
  • Completing payment transactions through Stripe
  • Accessing administrative features (administrators only)

The core iMessage and SMS functionality of your AI agent is not affected by cookie settings, as those channels do not rely on browser cookies.

5.3 Do Not Track

The Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals. However, as noted above, we do not use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

6. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Site at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revisions were made.
